The Sodir Discus Commercial Crepe Maker has a diameter of
13-3/4", with one 3/8" thick, finely polished cast-iron plate, which retains
heat longer. The surface is enamel coated over stone blast cast-iron which also
enhances heat distribution. This surface eliminates the need to seasoning and
discarding the first few crepes. Thermostatically controlled up to 450 F. 110
volts. Includes crepe spatula for spreading batter.
